Hey there! This is Masuku! Voice of Sonic, Xain and Knux! And I got a couple of things to say about this one! Now, this may not be the song I've grown on meeting Nominal with. But it has grown and stuck to me on an emotional state that this song just became something special to me. The title, the theme, the screaming that I MYSELF did for this (Referring to the "GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" quote) and just everything else about it. It stuck to me so much in both a physical and mental way and you guys have no god damn idea how happy I was to help Nominal out on making this. Recording the chromatics and the lines was the most fun I've had on a project since a while. Second only to my real project, Messverse. But overall, this is a banger. Much love to the Tails VA, super cool and talented. And also the artists who helped out on making some of the artwork featured in this video! Let's not forget about Nominal. Can we just take a moment to appreciate the sheer amount of emotion that went into “GET OUT OF MY HEAD!”? That line sounded genuine, you could almost feel exactly what Sonic was going through. chefs kiss

To me, this song symbolizes fighting the fears of pain and regret, because in order to become a better person, one must confront the person they are now in order to grow. In my eyes, Xain represents Sonics struggle as a hero, the fate of the world always rests on his shoulders. Sonic couldn’t show an ounce of doubt because that would be a sign that all hope is lost. Sonic feels he has let everyone that he loves down, and Xain is exploiting that for his own benefit. In the original, it seemed like at the end all hope was lost. In this one however, just when sonic is about to give up, the two people who he holds dear to his heart come back to give him the same advice he gave them, that allowed them to grow as a person. This gives sonic hope, and is ultimately rising up to defeat Xain, not just to get closure for his friends, but a new start for sonic.

Ah so now I know why it's called a "Remembrance Mix". It isn't just to have the viewers remember this song, it's to give the fact that Sonic remembers who was always on his side, even if they are gone now. Remembering them for who they were before and not what they are now and holding onto that in an attempt to finally regain control of his mind. That is a powerful feeling right there. I'm not sure if this will affect the Breaking Point Remembrance Mix in terms of plot if there is gonna be one. But good job Nominal, hitting us with a new take on a classic.

Dude these are genuinely a great idea, remembrance mixes seem like your own personal encore versions and even if they don’t go under that name I’d love to see more remasters like this! The video editing and art itself has improved so much since you first started posting stuff like this, great job to everyone involved!

1:03, It's great, this is how I pretty much always imagined this part of Lost My Mind. 4:10, Also love how you took the little speech Sonic gave Tails from Reason to Hide and had Tails and Knuckles saying it to Sonic, and I love how it's not just a copy and paste from RtH, it has those little parts of them being like "yeah, you told us this" and stuff. That "We always have" from Tails and Knuckles almost made cry. So yes this is a 40/10 song.

I really like the charm that Tails and Knux' monolog have. It's a nice callback to Reason To Hide and then their spirits helping Sonic it really is a 10/10

This combination of Schizomania's ending along with Lost's my mind style is just awesome. The new vocals are really nice, especially the new scream. The mix of old vocals, mini instrumental moments, and even Knuckles and Tails at the end. This whole song is something completely new, yet also so old that it provides a new twist that everyone has been wanting. Keep it up man! You rock!

Nominal, you literally hit me with nostalgia so hard holy shish- The Schizomania and Reason To Hide References really caught me off guard, and I’m glad that they were in this remix, seriously, phenomenal job!

Dude, hearing Tails recite the same words Sonic said to him in “Reason to Hide” is genuinely awesome. And those final few moments when xeno’s vocals get drowned out by the memory of tails and knuckles is really heartfelt. I love this

Man I love the detail that Sonic's quills are Xanthus' purple rather than his own blue as well as having paler skin (like Xanthus), with Xain now having his blue quills and tan skin, emphasizing how little left of a grip Sonic had on merely himself. oh yeah also at the end when Sonic decides to not be a push-over, his ourple guy lookin ahh becomes blue again So basically TWELVE-HUNDRED AND FIFTEY-TWO OUTTA TEN NOMINAL, SAMMY, MELLY, AND CAT

This is such a massive improvement from the original, it's insane how much your music has improved and evolved since the first version of Lost My Mind! I really love the voices especially, not only the chromatics but the voice acting as well!
