Did Blizzard fix Item Progression in Diablo S4? - Day 1 Thoughts

The leveling may be fast for you but it actually feels just fine for a casual like me who can play about 3 hours max a day. I hope they don't nerf it too much on next season

I had to come to your channel and tell you THANK YOU, I was one of those players that gave up at season one, and decided to come back and give it a try. I looked and researched for the last 3+ days for a necro build, it was all so complicated or clunky and explained at such a high level it just didn't pertain to me. (older and semi-casual) I did more searching and came across your Shadow Summoner build on Icyveins, and it save me from quitting out of frustration. As I played the D4 gods rained down the almost perfect gear for this build and glyphs etc. Went from 5k to 14k in a few hours and LOVE the playstyle of it. So again, THANK YOU and subbed.

Very thankful for your detailed explanation of the item progression. It helps me, who just is in WT3, a lot, since i know, i will need to look for resistances. Hope you will be abke to enjoy the game for a while longer. 😊

Ghazzy you know that 120% resistances is actually a cap in T4. Its just a weird way the game is displaying it. Its 120% -50% (From T4 Penalty) = 70% Resistance Cap. Your resistances are not really as overlapped as you think. They are about right. And I think they mentioned their focus now is on making reaching the cap for resistances a lot more achievable for casual people, and pushing the challenging content in to pit and new super bosses (and prob new stuff in the future). Also keep in mind its especially easy to reach resistance cap on Necro due to us rocking easily 1k+ intelligence adding a lot of free resistances to all for us. This is not the case for other classes :) Just enjoy :P

Having fun currently, will see for how long . Bit undercooked, but a huge steo in the right direction. And i do like the fact that tempering/masterworking upons up new builds a the gigh end you actively have to farm for

fire res is overcapped bei around one roll. the rest looks fine. later you probably will socket skulls in your jewellery + get some armor rolls on gear to get rid of juggernaut =) thanks for your content - I'm javing a lot of fun =)

I started necro this season so I never cared about my resistances (i was at 20-40 for most of my lvl 70-85 until paragons fixed it), I almost never died since minions are busted and they were just killing everything so I just hit 100 without looking for res on gear

Best thing to do is to Temper resistances on gear, rather than get gear with it on, so it can be changed later.

As a chain lightning sorc I never had to look at resists, kek. At nightmare 50ish atm i have 35/75/35/35/70

is sacred items bugged with only 2 mods?

Im at that point i only look at Greater Affixes Legendaries 😁😁😁

I’m lvl 95. I almost have enough fragments to make 1 royal ruby. Kinda stupid.

d4 has gone full circle to d3, very fun for 1-3 days and then.... back to whatever you were playing before

World bosses on world tier 4 still drop 925 items... For some reason...

Felt OP until the PIT, that was a humbling experience.

The game is clearly designed for casual gamers, however; They’ve done a brilliant job this league in getting some balance for the top 1% of blasters (streamers)(me) ;)

Depends. Do you like getting a full set of Legendary gear after 2 hours and not caring about any other rarities except the occasional useful Unique? If so, D4 loot is for you.
