    3 or 4 years ago I was going through heroin withdrawals doing everything in my power to fall asleep. I discovered you at that point and although I didn't feel better nor get sleep, you helped with the anxiety I had. Im clean now and living a normal life and still listening your recordings!     Every night I put this on cause I have insomnia. I start listening and I always tell myself "Nah this isn't going to work tonight, there's too much on my mind". The next thing my alarm is going off and I wake up wondering when the hell I actually fell asleep. And I mean at which part of the video I passed out! I am honestly thinking I haven't made it past 30 minutes. This is the 4th night tonight that I'll use this to sleep. IT WORKS. Honestly can't explain how incredible this is. Thanks MIchael

    My son used to have insomnia. He would take 2 hours to fall asleep, and would wake up every hour, the first 4 years of his life. He had ADHD, and I believe he had a hard time quieting his mind. But, then, I discovered you! Your recording is like magic for him. It gives him something to focus his mind on, and he enjoys it.     Just in case anyone doesn't know...Sleep headphones are a thing. I didn't know about them for far too long. As a side sleeper they have become essential.
