  • we finally found him. the most normal man alive. this is the guy they designed corporate america for. he’s in his element. thriving. he’s more neurotypical than any psychological test could possibly measure.

I genuinely love the mindset he's promoting. There's far too much toxic "you have to be the best or you're nothing" rhetoric in business and academia, and "you only have to be the best you" is such an important thing for folks to hear. Screw being the fastest and strongest, just give it your all and focus on personal improvement. You'll get there way faster, with less stress.

i actually really like this guy, too many “dialed in” influencers seem really toxic but this guy just gives me good vibes idk
  • I went to the gym with Davis for years, and I will have you all know that he is the most genuine, hard-working, wholesome man that I met there. He always picked you up, always motivated you to do more. He was the "one more" guy, and real down to earth. I'm so glad to see him getting his name out there. Keep doing you Davis! Stay dialed in!!
  • I was expecting him to be all misogynistic and rude but he's just a wholesome guy. It's honestly refreshing.
  • This man gives nice jock vibes. He’s always got a motivational quote. He just grew up and instead of football he now enthusiastically talks about his spreadsheets. He’s kinda goofy, but he’s just so happy you can’t really dislike him.

I would like to point out the exam he failed was the LEVEL 3 EXAM. His triumphs in levels 1 and 2 are well documented, as one would expect.
  • This is very sweet- it strikes just the right balance between laughing at this guy's overenthusiasm and sincerely complimenting his positivity.

There was comment saying it was satire/fake under one of his posts and a friend of his replied with “what if I tell you he’s been this positive since middle school.” Honestly, he gives off really good vibes and he seems like a really nice guy.

His job is having the most powerful human teeth and sharing his feelings. I'm here for it.
  • @saracarr3382
    My new affirmations in the mirror: - I’m a hard worker! - I’m a grinder! - I’m a freak!
  • @kaylal1410
“thank you fox szn” we all say in unison
  • @oasisgray982
i love that you can tell Danny's been in dad mode because the first thing he thinks of when trying to think of why someone would need to be creative in their job is to hide gold from dragons. he's been studying those fairy tales
  • @snorble
Honestly this guy has it all figured out. Positive thinking makes a huge difference to your overall wellbeing and sometimes it can be hard, talking to yourself like this even as a joke can be the first step in getting yourself out of those negative thought patterns.
  • @sotokin
he's a normal type gym leader in the best ways possible
  • @spacadet.
I LOVE DAVIS!!!! for additional context the exam he took was the CFA or Chartered Financial Analyst exam. sadly davis did not pass :( but he stays DIALED IN and working to make great things happen!!!!
  • Honestly, if you work in finance, you really DO be feelin that way about excel. We fucking LOVE excel. And I'll be honest, I LOVE my job. I don't personally understand the idea of needing to do a job that is your EVERYTHING. I love doing my job, and being able to turn the computer off, and start with my home life. I like that I work a job that is just a job, that I still love and take pride in. Even if it's just a like, basic desk finance job. IDK. there's something comforting in doing the same thing every day. I'm this pumped for my work most days too. Don't think I'd go on tiktok talking about it but you know, I guess someone's got to?
  • @ceceliajvn
i love this dude. he's just an average guy with an average job and yet he's so genuinely content with his life the way it is, and i envy that. instead of telling people that they always need more in life, he's just motivating them to work hard purely because they want to. and (at least i'm assuming) he's from boston, so i gotta respect a fellow massachusetts native.
  • Actually getting dressed even in basic "outside outfits" and even wearing a ring or earrings made me feel more productive in my work from home so its definitely has a psychological effect on you
