Gregory sounds like JRobin, of Darth Dawkins fame.

If God has "revealed" the truth to these people why do they have to "presuppose" anything at all?
  • Notice how Gregory rarely ever directly answers questions? His response is always attacking the questioner’s phrasing or position. And this dude has to be the most consistently condescending interlocutor I’ve ever come across. It seems to me that Greg’s position boils down to: “abstract concepts exist, therefore naturalism must be false.” Is that accurate?
  • I know a lot of people have suggested Gregory is JRobin, or JIL, but I think he's ACTUALLY LightBeforeTheTunnel, a notorious comment-section troll that argues EXACTLY the same way as Gregory, and makes identical claims while asserting he's proven them while having not even attempted to actually do so.

It's frustrating when people fail to grasp the distinction between valid and sound arguments. Gregory seems to be among those who believe they are contributing something worthwhile, yet his points lack substance. Is presuppositionalism truly the best Christianity can present? It appears to be a questionable revelation indeed.

Greg-bin, a collection of half baked definitions and wilted word salad. I would love to see monkeyboy out definition greg-bin

Gregory seems to be under the impression that speaking quickly is indicative of knowledge. His rapid speech may give the result of a caffeine enthusiast. Perhaps if he slowed down, he might realize the folly in his words. It's not something one would wager on, but it's a possibility.
  • Yeah Taco. Gregory does sound uncannily like JRobin. Even the style of his argument. It sounds like he has refined his pressup argument.
  • @drumrnva
I've said it before- presups are like 12 year old boys who have learned a couple of decent chess moves.
  • Given the logically cogent, empirically adequate, tenable and uniquely efficacious revelation internal and external to us. I've said this already.
  • @ladyaj7784
I'm right about god existing because god exists, and you know it! What horseshit!! 😂😂😂😂
  • That's a nice argument but why don't you back it up with a source? Gregory: My source is I made it the fuck up
  • Monism, at least traditionally, doesn't mean there is only one thing, but that there is only one fundamental type of thing. Elimitative Materialism and Absolute Idealism are monist in this sense.
  • Why did they allow Greg to get away with saying he doesn't need to demonstrate the evidence of his worldview because he operates under a different epistemological paradigm, and then let him tear into physicalism as a counterargument? The immediate response should have been 'Well my physicalist worldview operates under a different epistemological paradigm, therefore I cannot provide evidence that will satisfy you despite the fact it exists in abundance.'

I posted this with Mr. Anderson (JC, here) that a presup position does not translate into the real world, ever. For example, let's say Gregory gets a ticket for speeding, and tries to argue that he wasn't speeding, and that the officer is wrong, because the officer has no basis in God to believe his own senses. Would that work? No. Would Gregory even try that argument in the real world if he believes what he says in presuppositional apologetics? Only if he's completely insane. So, clearly he does not truly hold this position in reality, and only on a chatboard. Darth Dawkins wouldn't even try to extend this argument into the real world. So really, they don't believe it themselves, and have no faith in their own argument. Feel free to use the argument if you like, Taco. I'm here to help where I can. Cheers.
  • Im at 54:52 and im connvinced thats JRobin. He has some splannin to do. He had people take down videos of him on the promise he was going to stop running the pressup argument.
