The Only Buffet Left Near Fremont Street, Las Vegas

Published 2024-07-09
All-you-can-eat is one of the best parts of visiting Vegas, and when you're enjoying the Fremont Street Experience, the only option is at Main Street Station Casino, Garden Court Buffet. We tried their Prime Rib dinner which is only offered on Fridays and Saturdays beginning at 4 p.m. We have enjoyed their brunch in the past and had a different experience this time around.

Whether you're traveling to Vegas for vacation, Raiders game, Golden Knights match, or Formula 1 race, we're here to preview and offer our advice on where to eat in Las Vegas.

We love to travel and explore food. Come along with us as we visit new destinations and sample local and regional corporate restaurants.
We're always checking out new locations around the country, so please suggest places to eat. We would love to hear from you.

My husband & I have been binge watching your channel for hours. We love ya. You remind us of us! Main Street was great eons ago. They had the best coffee. Like you, I refuse to do buffet fish.

The only way I would do that buffet is with a buy one get one coupon. Unfortunately they took it out of the Las Vegas advisor coupon book. I remember back when we went maybe 25-30 years ago. It was fabulous. I do have to say it's still very beautiful area with all the lights and everything 😊 thanks so much for doing this!
  • i shouted you out last week... i love your vegas food reviews

A buffet needs strategy. Check it all out before taking a plate. Then, only take very small samples of what you think you might like and try it out. Then, start a second plate knowing what you will focus on. Slow down. Nevada law makes them give you two hours. That is plenty of time to cause stretched stomach pain. Walk it off afterward. The pain will go away.

Thats funny...I was thinking the guy was gonna go back& fourth again while your making the video!..lol 😅

I haven’t been to the main street station in years, but it used to be one of the best places to eat their oysters were amazing.
  • I havent been there in over a year. What turned me off is they wouldn't refresh any of the food and kept crusty cold food out til it was completely gone. But when the food is fresh its not that bad. The Hawaiian options are good. They had a good Hawaiian beef stew. Good french toast. I really like the fried chicken but only fresh drumsticks. The bread pudding was good. I miss old skool buffets. El cortez had a great chinese buffet like 15 years ago. There was a 99 cent buffet at the showboat. Late night steak buffet at the Riviera.

I hope they donate extra food to the needy in Vegas

The beef stew, Shoyu chicken, Prime rib n desserts look delicious to me.🥰I probably wouldn’t get any of the other items U both didn’t like very much tho. Definitely would wna try it tho.💕Enjoyed it.😀Ty for sharing❤
  • I went there for Father’s Day and for the price and value, hands down the best with South Point.

If everyone watching takes a shot every time y’all say “it’s okay”, we can all be drunk together, lol! 😂😂😂 Honestly, it looks like an overpriced Golden Corral or Ryan’s buffet. Thanks for taking one for the team! I would prefer to spend an extra $30 each for lobster night at the Palms or something similar, or to just hit Tony Roma’s or Magnolia’s for their specials, but it’s so cool that y’all explore all of the options in the area! ❤

We have been to many Las Vegas buffets. This and the Old Wagon Wheel Buffet at the New Frontier long gone. I have stayed at the Main Street Station on the last night of staying at some place else just to go to the seafood buffet
  • @SchClean
Ill have to check it out. Thank you. Not a buffet, however, check out Lindo Michoacán In Palace Station. There are a couple Asian all you can eat buffets outside the strip

Thanks for your honest review. The thing that's wrong with these buffets is that they don't have beer on tap. The only good thing is usually the prime rib (rare to medium rate).

Me and my wife went for breakfast a while back. Everything was decent to good on flavor. The problem was in the heating issue. Almost everything was mediocre on the heat scale. Think scrambled eggs, sausage, chicken fried steak and gravy. Even the bacon. Just warm. Nothing really seemed like it was temperature controlled. We both really wanted to enjoy it. Just could not do it.

I sure miss the really good buffets in Vegas. Why have they all gone away?? I used to usually just hit them for brunch/breakfast on my trips. Any good Breakfast Buffets left in Vegas??
  • @SassyCindy
I don’t think I would visit this buffet. Thank you for the video.
