Ingredients:
3 cup Cabbage
1 Onion
2 Green Chilies
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tsp Fennel
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
pinch of Asafoetida
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1-1.5 tsp Chili powder
required Salt
1 cup Chickpea flour
1/4 cup Rice flour
2 tbsp hot Oil
water if required
Oil for frying
