Even with the small steps and the giant leaps we’ve made as a species, there is still a lot to learn about earth, life, and the human condition. There’s still everything we don’t know.

"As kids we think adults know everything As teenagers we think we know everything As adults we realize, nobody knows anything"

this video went from “this is green” to “what does existence truly mean”

Dude, this is EXACTLY the type of shit I realized and was tryna talk to people about just a few months ago but everyone either acted as if i was crazy or an idiot (usually the religious people of my family) or they simply didn't care. It's scary to think about shit like that though. Just makes life feel so much more meaningless. Maybe that's why nobody wanted to believe what I was tryna tell them. People would rather live the pleasures of life without having to care about shit that'll do nothing but just bring you down. I wish I had that mercy.

I think curiosity is what makes us human. Asking questions, being curious, is something that I think only humans can do. But I don't know everything.

Aperture: "This is green, this is red and this is blue." Colourblind people: "Nah, that's brownish red, red and greyish orange."

We don’t know what everything we don’t know is. Not only are there questions without answers, there are questions we haven’t thought of, yet.
  • The one video that you described that a lot of people are lost chasing pleasure instead of truly pursuing happiness really made me change my mind about life, I was honestly contemplating suicide and I listened to your video. Thank you for helping enlighten people (for lack of a better word) with this wisdom. Also someone told me today... If the world is an ocean of darkness and negativity, and you are a ship of light, as long as you don't let that darkness get in your mind/soul/heart that ocean of negativity can never sink you. It was someone that was barley literate and they don't know me well and it really hit me deep, I read it over and over and really took it to heart and absorbed it

he can literally just read any dictionary and make it deep

Person: gathers a bunch of heavy rocks and puts them together People hundreds of years later: But wHy?
  • I've always had the question “what does existence truly mean" but I phrased it as what is existence and what composed it to exist in the first place glad to see someone thinks like me.
  • I'm sorry, but this has got to be one of the best videos describing how you can literally talk for 14 minutes and not say anything. People that know anything about psychology Will know exactly what your doing. I did this in high school when I was writing papers. Just say the same thing in different ways to make it sound like there's something important being said in reality you could of summed up the whole vide o with one sentance.
  • This can keep one up at night: how do you explain different colors to someone blind since birth? A retired attorney, I was once close friends with a judge who was blind since birth. His answer: it's really irrelevant because, as he explained, there's so much in life to take in from the other senses...
  • This man never ceases to make me think about life and all these beliefs in life

Imagine "dying" only to wake up someplace, somewhere, with something or someone saying.. "..Did it work?"
  • I rarely subscribe to channels, especially after one video. Your content is what I can only describe as Now. Amazing how the World is so full of questions. So many questions that can only be answered with a question. It's difficult to describe what I truly want to tell you. Best part is I don't have to, you already know. Thank you for your timing. It's impeccable. I stopped asking questions, Now I have learned to appreciate not knowing the answers. Existence is the greatest question of all. The answer is all around us, we just choose to overlook it. Much Respect from San Antonio, Texas
