Woohoo 🙌 You just listed all the things I love to eat Grass Fed Butter, avocado, whole egg, wild salmon, olives, (avoid snacking, olives are good for snacks though), macadamia nuts, pickles and pickle juice (great before a meal) mushrooms, cheese (good snack), coconut oil (it is 50 % MCT). Hi Kait good news I started harvesting vegetables out of the garden. So far tomatoes peppers and radishes. Tomorrow I'm going to try fermenting radishes I'll let you know how they turn out=)
