youre telling me, some guy can just get estrogen somehow without a reason, but i cant even get blockers, let alone estrogen, and i need that stuff NOW

Its fair to say streaming for 9 hours will drain you, but hasan is choosing to do it for that long and earning so much more money than people with regular jobs that have no say in how long they can work for. He could easily stream for less hours a day and do something else to make up for the money lost or just deal with having less income if its that draining

including vegans in the statement prior to saying "and other minority groups" is so fucking funny
  • @jbone877
"And to Harry the sound guy, specifically" lmfaoooooooooo😂😂😂😂

i don’t particularly care abt the hasan thing cuz i think he just worded shit wrong definitely. but the thing that resonates me is streamers can like take a hiatus, or just stream for a few hours and still get a bag. regular ppl work like 8 hours and then get a shit paycheck for smth that sucks the soul outta them nonstop, and THEY can’t take time off 😭
  • This podcast has been my go-to for when I'm working on a drawing or doing other stuff. Appreciated, Kurt boy.

mexican here… llorona is an old traditional legend abt a weeping spirit who drowned her children and spends the afterlife searching for them. classic shit to scare your children with. it’s pronounced yoh-rona or joh-rona (soft j) depending on the dialect.

only twitter can misconstrue "talking nonstop for nine hours a day is mentally and socially draining" into "streaming is harder than actual jobs" like ffs, he even names a type of job that would have a similar effect (i.e. retail) p.s. as a metalhead, the martyrdom controversy is the least surprising thing i've heard. metalheads are just built different
  • @kaitlyn_johnson
as someone who worked retail and now has an office job... both drain your battery! especially when you're someone who needs to be completely alone to destress..
  • @jbone877
I think this is probably the tamest thing I've ever heard about a black metal band, tbh lmao
  • To the hoodie question person: you just ask, they'll 100% give it to you. Jokingly say that "my attendance at your learning institution is conditional on me receiving a free hoodie" and they'll give it to you immediately. They don't care, they have a whole warehouse of them
  • @erikaj4655
i think hasan was being ignorant. what he said just isnt true. a "real job" will suck the life out of you like he claims streaming does. hes allowed to complain but why start comparing?? it sounded a lot like he was saying "my job is much harder than all of your jobs" which is just not true. he also has the privilege to take a break from his job and not have to worry about finances. when people get money they get so disconnected from reality 🤦
  • @abigailjolene
FORCED TRANSITION???? That ones definitely worse. That’s horrifying
  • @Swansong571
I almost barfed when I saw this I love kurtis
  • @nea3784
Wilburs apology would've been a good addition with those other ones he talked about
  • @scaledandginger
i don’t agree with the stream thing, i work in hospitality and if i’m like 8 hours into a 12 hour shift and my social battery is gone i just have to deal with it whereas a streamer can just say they have to end the stream? i dont think im wrong here?
  • @vulpixelful
I'm definitely more drained by a work day full of meetings vs when I'm mostly left alone to do my actual job
