I’ve been working on the market research and I’ve learned that many of the online coaching businesses do a customization for clients. You are right, listening is essential and it’s not practiced enough. Anyone with this skill would have an edge. Great video.

Thanks Luisa. I can see now why some of my calls have been so easy to help the client make the decision to work with me. It is all about personailsing the steps you are going to take to help them heal their specific problem. And it is all about them. I do sometimes add in my own personal experience sometimes because I feel that adds empathy to the call. I do genuinely want to help the people I coach, and I also feel that makes an enormous difference when I first meet them on zoom. Thanks for sharing. Wonderful tips. :)
