Nemuno will answer the call of the slaughterhouse any time of the year, but she gets especially excited for the Halloween season.

This video took me a very long time to get through. I spent about 7 weeks total on it. I wanted to spend the month of September on it, so it would be able to follow the walfas station wagon halloween collab announcement, but it took so much more time than I anticipated.

If you're interested how I animated the movements, I basically copied them from a video.

Here is an example with just the body and legs.

This section alone took 5 weeks, which was surprising, I did not animate the spins, and I had cut the song in half. I absolutely underestimated the complexity of this project, and often made me feel like I had no idea what I was doing.

Here is a second example, with the arms added in.

This only took a week. The arms alone was definitely easier than trying to animate the legs and body at the same time.

It then took a whole week for the additional details, which is the completed video above. I was originally planning for more dynamic camera movements, but I was ready to be done with the project, so the camera panning is super simple. I also failed to add in background details, like a roof on the house, or pumpkin or spooky halloween decorations.

    I can't help but feel like I worked too hard on this video. It was originally meant to be a shit post making fun of the nemuno gag in the wagon halloween collabs.

    Nice to see you're still working on this sort of thing, including being in charge of this year's Halloween Special I noticed the other day (heh, just like me to watch the announcement video three weeks late). Also extremely glad that you didn't have to fully migrate away from YouTube at the end of the day too. Keep up the good work as they say. (=^_^=)
