The first time I thought to do this, I was just fooling around and didn't think it would actually work. So, I didn't get that on video. That first attempt I got 3 without using a flare. The furthest one was simply a silhouette walking in the far distance. The trick to landing the flare is to walk up to the "2nd Corner to the left" and use the reactor lights as an aiming reference.
