There are three "Healing Capsule" cues throughout Dragon Ball Z. This is the original one from "Captain Ginyu ... The Frog." The very long tail on the beeping sound is present in the episode mix, but it's underneath "Horror Frieza" for Goku trying to run away from the needle.
The second "Healing Capsule" cue is "Healing Capsule (Alternate)" and stems from the beginning of episode 77, "The Fusion." The final cue is not a standalone "Healing Capsule" track; it is in the middle of "Power Charge Cue."
About the "Clean Cuts" Project
A number of the tracks released across the 9 officially-released soundtrack CDs were structured to bleed over to the next track on the CD or, in the case of a lot of the Ginyu/Frieza tracks, were taken directly from the episodes. They often included short portions of the tracks that preceded and succeeded them in the episodes. While I was always happy to buy the newest CD at launch and I was thrilled with whatever I could get, I wished some of the tracks were released in a completely clean fashion. Now, 20 years later, I have the tools to make that happen.
