POWERFUL - grateful for the hope and knowledge shared by these gifted researchers. How I hope this takes fire in the medical community and gets to those suffering physically, emotionally and socially. It speaks hope to me for further healing to my body as I progress to health from a lifetime of morbid obesity (308 on 5’1” frame). I have lost 165 so far and have pockets of lipedema on my thighs. I will ramp up my keto focus with new inspiration and hope! I do low carb and fasting as a daily lifestyle now, and have found great healing and health. THANK YOU, LOW CARB DENVER!

I recently saw Ken Berry talk about this condition. From this video and his, I believe my wife has lipedema. She's 67 and been heavily stuck in the medical establishment & not 1 doctor ever suggested that she might have it. Thankfully due to my research and nagging she's been eating mostly ketovore for the last couple of years, and she's getting healthier, after many years of horrible advise from her doctors who just throw pills, and procedures at her.

I also watched Dr Ken Berry and Siobhan Huggins podcast..then seen this one. So many Doctors and Health Care staff have no clue. They need to trained in these conditions. I was diagnosed in 2020 at age 56 after many vein removal and vein closure surgeries only to find out many vein surgeries were "not" needed , they were so painful to my Lipedema areas on my legs. I never had any leg ulcers from lymphadema.... Antiinflammatory diet was recommended, I went gluten free. I'm now on basic Metteranian, gluten free diet yet add beef 2 x week. I am losing weight and measuring myself twice a month. I feel much better emotionally to😊 Will follow this podcast and share. Thank you

Very clear presentation. Thank you for the information and hope.
  • These women are true experts that are treating people on the front lines. I'm sharing this info with others to try to spread this important information

I am constantly amazed at how much about human health is still yet to be discovered. How many people even know about the existence of lipedema? How many cases are (un/mis)diagnosed? I feel for these people. The stigma surrounding obesity and its comorbidities needs to end at once.

Thank you so much. I am 65. Based on your pictures, I am stage 3. ALL of my doctors over the years have blamed me and my lack of will power for my medical conditions and how my legs look. I wish this were mandatory training for all doctors. I now eat carnivore, I am seeing and feeling real results.
