Bobby Fischer was renowned for his opening preparation and made numerous contributions to chess opening theory. The Fischer-Sozin, named after Bobby Fischer, is an aggressive response to the Classical variation of the Sicilian Defense. White's Bc4 builds up pressure on the weak f7 point with plans to build up an attack on the kingside.
