After designing and promoting a ton of products at trade shows over 20 years - this fellow needs to rehearse a more concise presentation. It took 5 minutes to get to the part where I knew what problem he was solving. At trade shows, you get <30 seconds. After that, you can fill in the details about how/why/etc/etc.
