This is a clip from my playthrough of the leaked patch of Triforce Percent shown at SDGQ. It's pretty buggy, since it was never intended to be played by the public, but it's fun to see a lot of childhood myths come true.

Even if this fountain doesnt exist in the official game, should have give us the option to unfreeze Zora’s Domain AFTER defeating the boss. As its known the ice cannot be unfrozen as long as the boss lives, and since its dead should have allowed us to unfreeze Zora’s Domain.

The fact the unicorn fountain has the horns pointing in three different directions; high, low and level with the player, makes me think this was originally meant to be part of the water temple and was used to change the height of the water instead of the 3 triforce symbols and Zelda's lullaby.

Looking back at early OOT theories around the unicorn fountain and whatnot, I find it really interesting that even before the internet/youtube existed, I tried to access this place. as a kid I thought there must be an extra swimming scale upgrade or something that I dont know about lol. Good times when everything was still shrouded in mystery 😂

How many years we have all waited to witness the thawing of zoras domain haha. I remember trying very hard with my sister as a kid to unfreeze it. Thanks for the video.

Wow, this is... As someone who spent a lot of time in the 2000s reading about OoT's unused content and urban legends, I don't know how I feel. Vindicated? Surprised? In shock? It is something great and special, that's for sure.

It may seem... odd, to be talking to a rigid figure, but I like to think about it like Wind Waker's fairy queen, her true form is inscrutable, so in order to speak to mortals such as the choosen hero, she uses this doll so Link doesn't feel he's speaking to a disembodied voice.

Aww.... I wanted the Song of Hooters to be "canon" and the Mido fight where he does the hokey pokey. (Yes that WAS a real rumour.)

Of course the devs knew how much fans hated not being able to unfreeze the Zora's Domain, which is why they finally let us do it in Twilight Princess. Still no Unicorn Fountain though...

The Great Fairy laugh does not fit the design of this particular Great Fairy.
