It seems Ormonde nips when the people get too,close! He is telling them he is on duty and to have respect for him and his Guard.

I love Ormonde, he keeps the tourists in line. I noticed the trooper pulled him further back in the box so he couldn't reach so many people. Tourists need to learn to read the signs.
