The Museum of the Moving Image (MOME) is located in Astoria, Queens and centers around the historical and cultural significance of motion pictures and television. It is also close to Kaufman Astoria Studios where they tape Sesame Street. Today, I’m back with my best friend ⁠‪@therogersmithshow6348‬ This time, they have a new stop-motion animation exhibition from LAIKA, a character design exhibition from The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, and Spanish filmmaker’s José Val del Omar “Cinema of Sensations” exhibition. There’s a lot to see at MOME and I was only able to capture the parts that stood out to me. I highly recommend going to this museum if you’re interested in learning about the history of film and tv.
