Seeing your favorite player growing up make it to the Hall of Fame hits different. Thank you DWade, what a journey.

Not gonna lie, as a father myself, and someone’s who’s father wasn’t there when I was a kid…his tribute to his pops got me. A father’s impact often gets forgotten. Watching his son reach the pinnacle in the sport they both loved was probably everything he ever wanted. But having his son honor him in that moment, had to have meant the world. Amazing.

"WE IN THE HALL OF FAME DOG!" Perfect ending to an incredible speech! Congrats D Wade!!!🎉🎉🎉

D Wade had the best Hall of Fame speech I ever saw. What he did with his father by having him walk into the Hall of Fame with him was special. Doesn't get any better than that.

DWade had a grown man in tears. As a son whose had my father support me in every way and poured into me skills, values and a mentality that has helped me my whole life to me being a father and how my son's see me as Superman. That hit home!!! Dwayne Wade aka The 3rd Greatest SG Ever in the NBA!!!

Peak D-Wade was 30 a game & top 3 in MVP & DPOY in 2009 then in 2010, he was 27 a game & top 5 in MVP & top 10 in DPOY. Elite on both ends.

I met DWade mom in 2019 during the end of the season when he was getting ready to retire. I was working at Walgreens I seen her and said “You DWade mom” she instantly laughed and smiled at me and we had a quick conversation and I just congratulated her on his great career💯

WOOOOOOOOOOW WHAT A SPEECH. ONE OF THE BEST. Love the respect he gave his pops🥺
  • Dwayne Wade had one of the best Hall of Fame Speeches ever. Love how he had his Dad on stage with him as he walked off.. Oh Yes. Dad's are important.
  • @bhill005
The way he brought his pops on stage at the end; incredible gesture. You’ve gotta love that. Major respect and congratulations to both D-Wade Jr. And Sr. on the Hall Of Fame induction🔥🔥🔥
  • Thank you D-Wade for that befitting tribute to the great Allen Iverson (AI) Also inviting your Dad to join you on the podium, was phenomenal. Made me tear up to be honest 💯❤️❤️
  • @itsADmyguy
Wade honoring his father at the end almost made me tear up man. You can tell how proud he is. I had a big smile on my face when he told his dad “we in the Hall of Fame dawg 🗣️”
  • @johnyt657
Dwade severely underrated, some don't remember how good he was pre LeBron
  • @renegomez4808
The storrytelling level of dwayne took just one speech to let us know that he deserve success from day one. This class is amazing
  • @raingubb
The most underrated player in nba history had me in tears. It should be a rule that in every hall of fame the player is allowed to bring 2 person with him. Awesome. Tears 😭 of happiness for his father & the wade family
  • @Lamars.Smallwood
You know this is an amazing speech when it unexpectedly brings tears to yours eyes.
