For the longest time when I was driving, I would have silence and no music. So many people thought I was weird and crazy- but I didn't mind the silence. Being alone in the car was one of the few times you have enough silence to really think about things.

You are so right about solitude! I have been healing so much during the pandemic, since I had to isolate, being 72 and asthmatic. But...I loved having the time to myself and felt guilty about loving it so much sometimes. Your video has helped me to get rid of the guilt...and just be happy I am healthy....I am still isolating, we have started the "second wave".
