  • So, you're gonna learn about sdr. It's pretty awesome. You can download images from weather satellites like NOAA 18, 19. Replay attacks, and the possibilities are countless. And since this is a hardware specific conference, you may come across RTOSes instead of linux kernel maybe. Looking forward for videos covering that. And I also use arch btw.

I like the Tigard for interfacing with stuff, UART/JTAG/SWD/etc. Has level shifters too so you can hook it to a huge range of voltages.

Love this Video! Thank you for showing us your go bag, Can't wait to start building out my toolkit
  • @RickDkkrd
Interesting stuff. Good luck at the CTF.
  • @razorr1920
Love your show bro. Every episode.. BTW, have all that is in your carry bag. Being an ex-avionics guy, maybe one day we can have some vulnerability analysis and attack surface discovery on all that is in air.

Add to your list SDK08 test clips. Soldering iron S60 or S90 powered by type-C PD (Probably you get with you phone charger so soldering tool not get much space and if you get PD power bank you can solder literally everywhere) Fluke is good meter but in the field i suggest to use oscilloscope in multimeter form factor like ZT-702S
  • Before too long you'll get your own talk and then we can all come see that!
  • Man i wish i could go! Maybe I’ll get my company to sponsor me next year for training
  • Hey Matt, I decided to come back to this video today (7/6/2024) and to see if the jtagulator was back on the market, which Parallax says that it has been discontinued. What is another alternative to the jtagulator or is there nothing else like it? Thanks again for making this video and best wishes to you!!!
  • I couldn't find any comments on the increase of the image quality of the recent videos and the new variety of content you are trying, so I want to share my thoughts. Even though I liked the amateur look of your old setup, I guess these upgrades are a must to be more "professional". My brain isn't able to match the "underground" feel of the hardware hacking and the "professional" feel of the recent videos but it will probably adapt at some point :D New content types are fun to watch and as educative as the hacking videos. I really want to hear your thoughts and hot takes on the topics you encounter. keep it up 💪

What is the Hacker movie you are referring to Matt?
