Dame Edna absolutely knew what she was getting into when she invited Robin Williams onto her show. Although she had always dominated every interview she had ever been on, she knew the difficulties of someone who was, like her, an off-the-cuff improv comedian. She gave him his 15 minutes of fame, then took back control. There are very few impovs who can do this when they are put on the spot. Both brilliant, different styles, but both gave a nod to each other for their craft. What the hell will we do now that they both are dead?
  • “You play with Wings!” 🤣😄🤣 Perfection.
  • Only Robin Williams could be more manic and silence the great Dame Edna. Love it.
  • Dame Edna paid the greatest compliment to Robin Williams around '2'15' - "You know, I've momentarily lost control of my own show?!" . Two comic geniuses sharing a stage. Comedy gold.
  • Madge being called Nancy Reagan was very funny. How she manages to keep a straight face and not crack up, amazes me.🤣
  • The first time I've ever seen anyone take Robin in hand and slow him down. Well done Dame Edna.

When Robin Williams appears on any show, he owns it.
  • I can see these two chilling and laughing in Heaven right now. What a funny reunion it must have been, I bet even God was laughing. R.I.P Robin and Barry. Thank you both for making all of us laugh! ❤

Seeing Robin with Dame Edna was priceless. Nobody could really control Robin but they absolutely loved him.
  • Emily was such a pro! She never broke character and just kept on that charming frown in that chaos.
  • A hint Robin's sadness at 5:08-5:12. "I feel good about myself most of the time". Both wonderful entertainers and human beings. RIP Dame Edna and Robin Williams.
  • R.I.P Dame Edna, Rue and Robin. Thank you all for the many many laughs.
  • Robin Williams, Dame Edna, Rue McClanahan (RIP), and Ringo Starr in the same video. This is the definition of epic.
  • I don't think I've ever seen Robin WIlliams laugh as much in an interview. Separately, they were comedic titans, but together they are magic.

🔹️Wow, Robin Williams & Ringo Starr, a Golden Girl & host Barry Humphries all appearing on the same stage. This is a momentous moment indeed ❗

That little comment to Ringo: “don’t let her sing again.” Fantastic
  • 2 of the funniest people of All Time. Robin and Dame Edna, incredible talents.
  • Once Robin Williams calmed down a bit, it was a nice exchange between he and Dame Edna. When she asked him if he has a "moment of stillness," it sounded strange hearing it now.
