I'd tried asmr, soft singing, classical music, lo-fi beats, having a random TV show playing, doing yoga and drinking warm malt, but at 4:30 am just when I thought I was gonna have to pull an all nighter, (to reset my sleep clock 🤣) I fell asleep within the first 12 minutes of this video. As a child, my father read us to sleep from many genres of subjects. He was not French, but listening to these is like being read to sleep those decades ago. You learn as you are soothed to sleep. Thank you for your channel. I am happy subscribed. 😊
