2:31 when you talked about exotics that can heal you, you said there were only 3 (crimson, the glaive, and lament). However, suros regime (on kill), rat king with catalyst (on reload after kill), and le monarch with catalyst (on multi-kills) will also heal you. There are also a couple of exotics that grant overshield which is a form of health, but you don’t have to count them since it’s a separate type of health. Great vid, really creative combo of rarely used exotics
  • Such an awesome video. The only thing i would recommend a change is to swap heavies. Unwaivering duty from trials is a LASER. im not a pvp player at all and i suffered getting them lol . I used all of my engrams trying to get a good roll. I got offhand strike and incandescent. Amazing build. Thanks for sharing!

If they changed this glaive to give blessing of the sky like lumina, i would be using it all the time

I have some suggestions. While solar works well with the glaive, i believe that void could do well too, as you could invest in devour and there is a fragment that heals you on melee kills, freeing the exotic slot. That could allow you to use a different exotic, like those gaunlets thay gives you damage on kills for example. Now, if you are going solar anyways, i believe that the fragment that extends restoration is no very useful, as you could just keep killing with melee for healeng, not needing extending restoration that much. Also, the fragment that extend the restoraion effects doesnt work with the one that gives you restoration in that build,as no matter what you only will get 3 secs of restoration. Those are my thoughts. I understand that the goal is maximun healing, but the restoration is rarely used on it, of if you do, i think your gonna suffer on ammo. Also, ive see that the glaive generates energy hitting those healing orbs on enemies, wich makes it way more suffiecient. In any case. Good video. I might try the build later.

Can you do a video on this after season 23? I used it last night on Nightfall (Legend) and it helped keep me and team alive quite a bit. Although the current NF has LOTS of high DPS/splash/etc damage, I also died countless times thinking the turrets would be strong enough to heal me, and they weren’t in many cases. But in many cases they were enough, so I dunno. In Season 23 the turret now gives restoration X1. Wonder how usable in Legend or Masters?

I cant seem to get the quest I just handed one of the reports in but there doesn't seem to be another quest step

i wish i had a better excuse to run this & the titan glaive other than because it's a fun pick. honestly i just kind of wish glaives had some kind of place in the meta
  • @ErosTheNerd
You need to make a dim link, I've been wanting to use this Glaive for ages ^.^
  • @M2D8
    Damn need scorch catalyst
  • @slime_ism
Are you really using the turret that much to justify using the exotic? Seems like the whole build could be run with a legendary solar glaive and Lament/Xenophage. ToF healing nades + solace + empyrean already keep 2x resto up forever. + the emergency reinforcement mod could just be elemental resists and you'll get way more uptime on DR since they dont require charge and your shields breaking.

I tried this only good for messing around not actually that useable in nightfall
  • @cayde-6813
Imagine if they gave this baby heal clip
  • @chrisborges7344
That's not a passive. That would still be considered an active skill in rpg/mmo terms, regarding the healing turret.

Idk what content you are running, but if its just a lost sector, thats not it. I would predict everything sucks that needs to go melee in end game pve.
