Ingredients:
Green Coconut water -strain the water & measure the water : water quantity :
coconut water quantity 1 & 1/2 cup

for coconut jelly:

coconut water 1 & 1/2 cup
sugar 3 tbsp
agar Agar Powder 1 tsp
mix & cook
pour into a mould
set aside for 30 mins. or until set.
you can keep it in the refrigerator

Milk 1 & 3/4 cup
sugar 1/4 cup
agar Agar Powder 1/2 tbsp
mix & cook

let it cool a little.

cut the jelly in small cubes
pour into 6 inch mould
spread evenly
now pour cooked milk
refrigerate for 1 hour or until set

serve cold.
delicious coconut jello Milk dessert.
perfect for summer time.
