  • Eat healthy, train constantly, and get quality sleep. LES GO!!!💪🏽😎
  • i use to be 220 lbs, 5'7 and went down to 145 during the pandemic and my journey was pretty much similar: black coffee, meat, veggies, fasting, and cardio exercises. Really simple but discipline is the key. Great job!!!
  • It’s great to see a fighter perspective on fitness. as a boxer it’s hard to find quality content like this where it’s fully functional and not for aesthetic purposes. Thank you 👏🏽

Chez, thank you soooo much for the information and advice!! I’m 6’3” 320lbs. Just last week I almost passed away and almost got airlifted because I was incredibly depressed and have been depressed and living in a darkened room* since my Pops passed away in 2018!!!!! So, that’s almost 5 years of staying home, snorting coke, drinking and that was after he passed. But, just last week, I almost passed away from doing fetty pills and I was dumb enough to take a Suboxone, which sent me straight into withdrawal’s. Anyways, that was the biggest eye opening experience of my life and now my eyes are more open than they’ve ever been!!! Now, I’m going to be sober & stay sober and start getting into shape and being more around my family and most of all, my world, my daughter!!!! I swear, it’s almost a blessing that, that happened because like I said, the first few days were extremely stressful & I was soooooooo sad and all I could think about was what I was missing out on, MY FAMILY & DAUGHTER!!!! You’ve motivated me to do better. Thank you!!!! #soberlife

Nowadays i lock myself in my room, do non stop skipping for 30min and ur 300 routine (pulsing pushups+ pulsing squats and bodyweight rows with towel) i could see definition in my structure. Like you say i do too get intimidated by so much information on the internet, which at a point let me not wanna workout anymore, nevertheless i started again, its going good so far. The shower after the sweat bath feels insane.
