I love that every single person on these shows is SO CONCERNED about entertaining!!! I must be a hermit of epic proportions!!

They did a great job! Grandma needs to chill out and stop dictating how the home should be used currently. Nobody uses formal spaces. They should turn the dining into a screening room with a large screen, built-in beer kegs, and pop corn machine. That's current dining 😂

The drive up appeal is so different with clean bricks. Amazing. Love the decor of the front two rooms (but I only used mine 4 times a year). Kitchen and den amazing. Thanks Ben and Erin. Great job.

I've discovered the 11th commandment: thou shall not envy their gorgeous house! 😂

Green and blue of some combination. She always seems to do those colours.

A condition of sale from Grandma? The updates are wonderful and grandma pieces of furniture are amazing too.

I’d have told grandma to take a hike. She bought the house in 1992, when it was already nearly 4 decades old. It’s not like it’s been in their family since the Civil War. Grandma got to do whatever she wanted to the house when she bought it, but they don’t? That’s ridiculous.
