The Admiral and The Dream were ahead of their game. They were phenomenal, Imagine having them both in this era, they will be killing the NBA.
  • I loved both centers. David doesn’t get enough respect. He was different. Good to hear Sheed pay his dues to the admiral. Kids today don’t realize how special he was.
  • Offensively underrated and arguably one of the best defensive big men ever. Admiral moved like a cat and was built like a tank. Big bro was really like that! Growing up watching him was fun. He was the 90s Giannis with a jumper. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Happy B-Day Admiral!!!! Him and Ewing a day or two apart. Crazy. ❤❤❤
  • Lol I could picture Avery Johnson hollering to get this monster of a human being David Robinson the ball.

I think people don’t talk a lot about David Robinsons dominance before Duncan’s arrival. He was a monster on the offensive and defensive end, folks forget he won defensive player in ‘92

I guess different players are harder to guard? Hakeem is always spoken as top 5 centers ever.. maybe top 3
  • Met the Admiral in the early 90's in Annapolis when he was still fulfilling his commitment to the Navy. One of the nicest, most humble, likable superstars I have ever met... and I've met a lot. Great guy.

Both of them also had an elite midrange package which doesn't even exist anymore

Robinson was literally the Giga Tyrone you see in your nightmares who comes to steal your girl.
  • In my "Joe Rogan's" voice 🗣️ HE WAS SHREDDEDDD!!! 😆

I forgot how strong and athletic David was.
  • Very underrated center. He was very good on offense and defense!
