House Tours: A Stylish 600 Sq Ft Apartment in Brooklyn, New York

I’m only 9 mins in and she hands down wins this year’s house tour. From her thrift finds, her DYIs, to the unique storage ideas, this house isn’t even my style, but I’d move in in a second. It’s so moody, cozy, homey. Everything is different style, but somehow goes together perfectly. Kim, you are so talented!

This is the first time ive watched a home tour and teared up. She is such a beautiful, authentic person. She radiates confidence and strength. You can tell she's been through something that deeply effected her but come out as a victor. Her style and grace is reflected in her home. Just lovely all around. ❤

I wouldn’t have thought it was possible, because her last space was so beautiful, but Kim’s outdone herself with this space. Every room is spectacular, and the outdoor space is just as amazing. She’s got a real talent for interior and exterior design.

It was an absolute pleasure to watch this video! The part where she said that the first apartment was about her and focusing on herself and this place is about letting people in, so pure and so intentional. Her personality reflects in every inch of the place, the apartment is not just beautiful, it’s intentional. 💕

I tear up as Kim gets emotional too!!! Her living space is a manifestation of how much she has grown and she 's able to accommodate more and bless others. Her renter friendly tips will bless a lot of people who are renting or owning their own house to elevate their space and also to make good use of reclaimed preowned doors or furnitures. It's so inspiring I enjoyed every minute of it!!!

Kim should write a book not only on interior design but living your best life to the fullest. She is a lifestyle guru and interior designer. Although her personal style is not mine, I am impressed with how she thinks outside the box. She is never boring. And I am in love with her garden.

What she did in her "lounge" area is really brilliant. That would have been a small little area for a tiny dining table and she made it into a wow place to hang out and have drinks. Also, her personal style--hair, makeup, outfit are stunning!

This is the best episode yet! She demonstrates her gift of being able to elevate any space with intention, mindfulness, creativity, and seeking maximum function, all while being budget conscious!!!! On top of that, her choice to share a part of her personal story (that so many of us can relate to and want for ourselves) has me all teary-eyed. Her authenticity & creativity are rare - SHE DEFINITELY NEED TO HOST HER OWN SHOW!

Infectious beauty - that smile! And the whole house is just an extension of Kim - chic, serene, organized. Tears of joy at the end show how emotionally invested she was in the whole process. It's not just interior décor happening here, it's an inner transformation!

As a woman who has lived alone since a divorce and who is creating her own space and indeed taking up her own space this beautiful woman spoke to me, especially at the end. I'm finding that the way I decorated the house right after my divorce now longer fits me three years later so I'm in the process of completely redecorating. It's so interesting how we evolve if we're open to embracing it. Thanks for the tour of this wonderful, creative, soulful space.
