  • I’m 73yo woman with arthritis in all my joints and spine. I exercise every day cycling, rowing, resistance/strength training and walking . Soon to resume swimming laps for30 min per day. I eat only whole foods and follow keto diet. I use only pure oils and essential oil on my body. Use the purest hair products. I use mineral based sunscreen daily. I go to infrared sauna 2x weekly, use a red light panel 2x/day and do nightly yoga/ Pilates on a grounded mat and sleep on a grounded pillowcase topped by a pure silk pillowcase! I’m doing all this to age well with quality of movement and life in general! I’m often said by people who don’t know me that I look 10-15 years young than my bio age!

    Let me tell you about my in laws. Two different DNAs, both were taking only one pill for their slightly elevated blood pressure. No multis, no other supplements. One drank water at dinner time the other had red wine. One smoked until death the other stopped in his early 70s. No dementia or mobility problems. They read a lot and did lots of crossword puzzles. They ate small home cooked meals. They weren’t overweight. They died in their mid 90s. Pretty amazing!

    I'm 39 and I am starting to sprint again. Started with play sprinting with the kids, realized it feels good, so I am at it now. Just need to work it somehow into my routine.

    I had a Dr who recommended hyperbaric therapy to heal a wound. They had new glass tubes you laid in for oxygen. I used to go every day for 11/2 hrs -for 4 months. I found out that everyone who worked there, laid in hyperbaric oxygen daily after there were no more patients. They said it was for longevity.
  • I love to listen to Mr Brecka I’m 75 & decided to take responsibility for my health a long time ago when my father died at the hands of well meaning Drs taking many medications that didn’t solve his problems (pericarditis) the worst was prednisone for 4 1/2 yrs finally dying in surgery at 60. I then decided I was not going down that road. I do go to the Dr I get bloodwork but I do not take medications my best Dr is the beach at sunrise 4 x a week I take supplements & I walk 2-4 miles a day & do yoga with a teacher that works either my limitations. Thank you for this podcast

    All these people complaining were those who didn't believe in Apple Cider Vinegar. In 1998, everyone thought my dad and I were crazy about drinking apple cider vinegar with water.
