I've seen 3 5 animal qigong videos, and the movements are all very different in each one, but they are all graceful and beautiful in their own way. China's qigong history is so varied and rich. Truly these practices are treasures.

Dragon- So much grace. the movements are getting purer each time you repeat the sequence. so much inspiration. thank you!

Thank you thank you for this! I have been practicing Five Animal Qigong for a few months, but I could only do the Turtle Form because I could see how to put all of them together. You did all of them now I know how to follow through on each form and meld it onto the next one. Many thanks.

Very interesting. Is this categorized as Qi Gong, with focus on mindful release, because it certainly looks to me as a sort of a more dynamic form, like Tai Chi? Beautiful performance anyway!

Animals Turtle, Dragon, Tiger, Crane and snake. This may not be the order in which she is practicing it though. You can figure that out by how it looks.
