I feel like there should be a part 2 to this video.

These guys HAVE to be given a lifetime survival award.

I met Nick in '98, as a passenger in my taxi! We hit it off and he started calling for me personally. He lived up in Laurel Canyon next to Sherman Hensley and had some great tea about that dude! 😊 Nick is a very lovely guy, so sweet and always tipped well! Time has been good to them, 311 look fantastic over 20 years later.

311 is one of those bands that is totally unique. They don't sound like anyone else, and don't fit into any category. That's what makes them good. I spent many substance fueled evenings listening to 311 back in the day, lol.

Started listening to 311 when I was 12 or 13 years old... I'll be 40 next month. Good times man. ✌😎

Soundsystem is a near perfect album. Fuckin love 311, after high school I almost started a 311 cover band called Re-Eleven lmao
  • @springer90
I saw 311 back in '91 opening up for the Smashing Pumpkins! RIP Ranch Bowl.

311 was my first concert. Incubus was the opening act. A couple years later I saw the two of them again but this time 311 was the opening act.

I was literally listening to 311 when I ran into this video! ‘Transistor’ is a masterpiece of an album. Love that they’re still out there killing it

A criminally underrated all-time great band, misunderstood by the masses, but loved by the grassroot Excitables. Great live performers and unexpectedly one of the heaviest bands I've ever seen live. Their new song "You're Gonna Get It" rocks.

Chad Sexton was the 1st drummer I can remember using marching heads on his snare and I think its one of the defining elements to their “sound” 🔥
  • @drewskkiiii
