Sharing my story and wisdom.
Living by example.
Giving a message of hope to everything and everyone dealing with trauma, survival mechanisms, addictions of any kind.
Would like to reach as many people to show that there is a path to walk from a life from trauma.
That there is hope for all of us, if only we are willing to put in the work. If I can , you can too.
It's an early start for me here but giving back in different ways e.g. social media is already part of the plan.
May it bring something to everyone who comes into contact with it .
