WoW VETERAN REACTS AND RANKS LIMIT BREAKS

Sadly the biggest spectacle for the Healer LB3s comes with witnessing 7 unconscious people being fully revived at the dame time as the lb. Seeing the animation wothout the save itself always reduces the charm.

It should be noted that Sage’s LB is absolutely colossal and the video doesn’t fully show it because of camera limitations. The entire thing is supposed to look like a giant golden tree.

the thing in the middle of the White Mage LB3 is Aerith's Staff from FF7. Several of the LB animations have homages to FF7 limit breaks, like melee LB1 and LB2 being Cloud's Braver and Omnislash limits (and even giving the melee a Buster Sword). The monk LB3 is Tifa's Final Heaven limit break also from FF7.

Redmage LB deserves it's S+ ranking, but at the same time it's paradoxically the purest F tier LB. What this doesn't show is the real time application. Normally if you use a damage LB at the wrong time, you get yourself killed. The red mage LB is so blinding that it can wipe a whole alliance raid if used at the worst/best time. Totally not guilty of doing that once... <_<

For the WHM LB, the staff youre looking at actually belongs to a former FF charcter by the name of Aerith. Its ny only her staff but is also her iconic prayer pose.

Fun fact, unique LB3 animations came out with Heavensward. Prior to that in ARR, both tanks at the time (paladin & warrior) shared what's now the paladin LB3, the three melee at the time (dragoon, monk & later ninja) shared the monk LB3, both casters at the time (summoner & black mage) shared the black mage LB3, and both healers at the time (white mage & scholar) along with bard all shared the white mage LB3. Yes, bard had a healer LB3 back then. I suspect this list might get updated during the summer when we'll have two more jobs to play with as well.

The joke about Blue Mage is, you don't need a Limit Break when you already have no limits

About the reaper LB yeah , the first hit , you and your "summon" both hit one time then you fuse in the shroud form for the big swing ( you do that without the LB too , it's the main gimmick of the burst phase in reaper )

I'm a SAM main. I don't blame you. Our LB3 lacks oomph, and the best part--the meditative sheathing--we just skip because we could be hitting buttons again during that animation. But it's okay. Our burst windows do more damage than our LB3, and we often are pushing doing half the damage in any dungeon, so this is a very fair trade.

Makes S+ tier for red mage, forgets to add red mage to the list. never change :)

WHM's LB3 animation is a homage to Aerith's iconic prayer in FF7, with her staff and everything. Dragoon is uniquely positioned in that although like WHM and MNK it is a reference, it's actually kinda self-contained? Because it's a homage to FF14 itself and a certain Dragon's unique bond with the Warrior of Light. MNK's LB3 finally is another homage to FF7, specifically it's a reference to Tifa's ultimate Limit Break called "Seventh Heaven." which shares it's name with her bar.

Probably one of the best Limit Break videos is Square Enix's own Break the Limit trailer - while it does have gameplay spoilers, they are all out of context - but it does give you some idea of what a lot of the limit breaks look like in context, and all of the healer limit breaks have additional effects that only show up during play when you are rezzing other players. I love how you didn't disrespect Blue Mage and put in in C tier. For some reason your C tier is below D tier though. xD

As a Red mage main, I am pleased you enjoyed my limit break.

I also feel that at the heat of battle and u pop these LBs which could well make the difference of life and death - can be exhilarating 🎉🎉 While the Tank LB can shield everyone from a heavy hit (eg if ur healers are down / about to fail a body check mechanic), and Heal LB resurrects everyone in an instant ✨✨ DPS big deeps in an instant is neat too🔥

To be fair, blu mage is a walking always on limit break

As a reaper main, doing lb3 is bittersweet. It is my favourite LB, although that's probably my bias, but sometimes it needs to be done during burst, and most of reapers dps comes during that time. I know that's not just a reaper issue, but my deeps man lol

I came across this as I just level 90'd my Dancer, so I was proud of your choice there
