Hey Brad, I implemented this and it does make a vast difference in sound! Thank you very much for the great guide! I would like to ask three questions: 1. Is it normal that at Volume 100 and Gain 0 the actual volume of the Matebook is objectively very quiet? 2. In your video, you turn off the filter by press the power button of the device filter. If i try to imitate this, the filters do not turn off by themselves. I have to individually turn each one off. Do you know a resource where I can learn how to tie the filters to the device? 3. I have noticed that plugging in headphones are registered as the realtek speaker as well. Is this the reason you say to turn off the filters when using any plugged in playback device? Cheers and appreciate the support!

Just started undervolting and repasting cpu, gpu and got hooked improving my laptop. Your blog is a goldmine. Will try this asap. You got any more of those graphite sheets?

Hey Brad, I have tried all of the steps you listed a few times and can't seem to get volume, even when using boost gain 50, to go higher than a very very soft volume. What can I try to trouble shoot to get this to work?

In my Configuration Editor all I have is two ".txt" files, the "MXP.txt" and the "DynamiQ.txt". Are these two the only ones I need? The regular Windows system volume at 100 is now really low. And regarding the gain volume, the bass gets flatter and flatter up untill around 25 when it's completely flat. How would you fix this issue?

Hey, the mod is working, but i find that the dolby application is better optimized. Your mod is louder but lacks in bass. The dolby application is also loud with more bass on dynamic mode. But i respect you really hard for all the mods and time you take.

Hi, does this work on windows 11 ? If yes must we do anything differently ?

I followed the readme on your github but I cant seem to hear any difference. How do I know if it's really working? I am also using a Matebook X Pro. You seem to have 3 txt files included, is that necessary? I only have the DynamiQ.txt one. Right now my editor settings are: 1) Graphics EQ set to variable, but the signature is flat 2) Preamplification: -6.00dB 3) Selected devices: Realtek 4) Include: DynamiQ/DynamiQ.txt In the analysis panel my peak gain is locked to -6dB, yours seems to be at 30dB? Even when i disable the preamp setting, the peak gain will stay at 0. Thanks man.
  • Bro which program you are using for that download and upload speed in Taskbar ?

After I applied the DynamiQ scripts, the volume level becomes fairly low: 16-20 used to be loud enough, but now 100 is still kind of quiet. After I press volume+ on the keyboard it shows Gain 1 and all the way to 50 but the volume just stuck on the same level. I've applied the trick you had on your website for Win10 but still no luck. Any idea?
