Haven't owned a cookbook in over 10 yrs, but after cooking your Chicken Fricassee and Chop Suey I bought the Intentional Leftovers and Holy Grill! Love that your recipes are normal- no $1,500 steaks, no $2,000 equipment, it's stuff anyone can buy and cook. And it's freaking delicious. Me and my family n guests thank you!

Nice to see that Sam isn't on the verge of killing Max because Max insisted on filming outside and it started raining. Max didn't think his weather app was accurate when it came to the forecast. I remember that from the last French dip sandwich video.
