In today’s video, I break down the best budget minimalist wallets on Amazon! There will likely be Black Friday deals coming up on many of them too. All of which I have tested. I hate large wallets so I’ve been trying to find the best wallets that provide the most functionality without the bulge. Each wallet has an affiliate link to amazon if you choose you want to purchase it. It is an affiliate link so it’s a way to support my channel without costing any more to you.

Wallet #1 - Gostwo Mens Slim Minimalist Front Pocket Wallet
amzn.to/3KVBgXY
This is a great bifold wallet for the guys that want a classic look without it being too large. It has 3 slots for cards, one slot for cash and one clear slot for a license or ID. This is RFID blocking.

Wallet #2 - Mountain Voyage Minimalist Metal Money Clip Wallet
amzn.to/3ZhHQMx
This is a similar wallet to the Ridge Wallet, but this one is much much cheaper. It’s a very solid construction with two plates tied together with elastic. All you have to do is separate the plates and slide your cards in and out. It keeps everything very secure. It’s RFID blocking and it has a money clip for cash. The one in the video is no longer available but this link is to one that's very similar.

Wallet #3 - Buffway Slim Minimalist Front Pocket RFID Blocking Leather Wallet
amzn.to/3J93FbG
This is a nice slim wallet with lots of slots for cards and cash. It’s RFID blocking. It has a clear slot for your license or ID. And it has no folds so it minimizes the amount of material in your pocket. Very low profile.

Wallet #4 - Muradin Tactical Bifold Wallet
amzn.to/3JbRdI3
This is the most unique wallet I reviewed because it has three sides that are hard aluminum. It has a flap which has a slot for cash. It also has a slot for your license or ID under the flap making it easy to show your license to whoever. It has tabs that secure all your cards and the cards are easy to pull in and out. This is RFID blocking.

Wallet #5 - Fidelo Minimalist Wallets for Men, Card Wallet
amzn.to/3mpD7tR
This wallet is the easiest to get cards because it has a tab that when you pull it, it will push out your cards. It has a classic leather look with slots for cash on the front and back. It’s low profile and RFID blocking. Very similar to the Code 118 wallet I’ve reviewed.

Wallet #6 - Thread Slim Minimalist Elastic Wallet for Men & Women
amzn.to/3mcS1Dt
Probably my favorite wallet! Though it isn’t RFID blocking, it is so slim I’ve forgotten it was in my pocket a bunch of times. Literally just a piece of elastic that keeps your cards very secure. It also has slots for cash. I LOVE this wallet.

As a cashier I’d have to say I’ve seen customers try to get cards out of their ridge type wallet they have to pull half their cards out to get to the one they want to use and then put them back in the order they had them in kind of inconvenient if you ask me
  • 💳What wallet do you use? Are there any wallets of which you'd like to see a review?💳

Perfect review, I found your advice/input very helpful!

I'm in the market I got a cheap minimalist wallet a few years ago. Good review. I typically like the tech ridge look.
  • @40andBroke
Nice breakdown Caleb. I should look into a minimal wallet, but I have a ton of stuff in my wallet.
  • @brickinvesting
these are awesome, I need a smaller wallet. great info!

After losing my makeshift coin pouch, I found the Chums License Holder, also known as the Surfshort wallet, in the sporting goods section at Walmart for around $10. This minimalist pouch features two zipper openings on opposite sides. One side has a clear TPU window with a divider to separate an ID from cards and cash. The back side includes a key loop and an external pocket, with the zipper opening providing space for extra cards or cash. I quickly replaced my Ridge-inspired wallet with it. I use the single empty compartment for coins and the key loop for my AirTag. On the front side with the ID window, I store my driver’s license, cash, cards, and necessary medical and insurance information due to its ample space. I absolutely love it. Most minimalist wallets lack a pouch for coins, which I still need since I frequently use cash and receive change.

I own the Buffway wallet and it’s been great. Breaking it in has helped it loosen up, but not too much that I feel like I will lose any cards.
  • @CoffeeandBudget
Well shoot. I bought my husband the ridge wallet last year but wish I knew there was a cheaper one. He does love it though!!
  • @mshea5906
Great video! Well done! I won't buy a wallet if it DOESN'T have RFID protection. I live near a well populated city and their are a TON of scammers skimming your card info. Be careful out there!
  • @Mixwell1983
My concern is i have a trifold with 9 card slots, a flap with clear on both sides (so 11 slots really) and while these can hild that amount it seems annoying to have to pull all of the cards out and shuffle through them instead of just unfolding a traditional wallet.
  • @CSAFMedia
Muradin updated 2:29 this wallet and the newer version (also on Amazon) has a better design to easily access cards without having to pull out ALL cards to make a selection.
  • @Bendakitt
I went with the buffway...thank you for this video. I got lost on Amazon looking around...
  • @alecbuxton7634
All cards delaminate after three or 4 years no matter what wallet you use a few months ago I switched to a hard wallet in order to avoid the other problem with cards where they can be bent and twisted if you sit on them while in a soft wallet in your back pocket
  • @TheShonuff888
2nd wallet is great, I carry only 3 cards, so it’s not a big deal for me, My ID I usually put in it the clip area.
  • @BudgetsWithBess
Those are some nice wallets. My brother in law loves wallets. Do any of them hold a small amount of cash?
  • @Imjust_tay
Anymore debit card/ cash back debit cards in the future?
