  • It will be the ultimate swan song game if Novak finds a way to beat this seemingly unstoppable version of Alcaraz to finally win his gold.

Bold prediction. Carlos also has been making fewer errors than ever. He has to be the favorite but remains to be seen.

I feel you @IntuitiveTennis. Djokovic has had more time to recover, more matches under his belt. He’s fine tuning. And he’ll have new tactics in store for Carlos. Novak will rely heavily on his self-hypnosis. The thing is, I think Carlos’ team has unlocked the power of hypnosis. Certain beliefs, strategies, and tactics have been installed in Alcaraz’s mind. He’s matured. He is calm in rallies. He may be able to play at his A to S level as well. This will be 3 sets, close sets, hard fought. Carlos said he’s ready to get the gold for his country. I can’t predict the outcome of the match though. It could go either way.
  • Alcaraz seems unstoplable at the moment, but if someone can do it its Nole

Good analysis. I think Alcaraz’s best chance is if he serves really well like he did in the Wimbledon final. In that final he upped the mph on both first and second serves which surprised Novak, who actually commented on it after the match. If Carlos is struggling to hold serve at the beginning of the match, I think Novak gets the gold.
  • Hope Djoko can level Alcarez or even better. But Alcarez is soooo talented.
  • @scabento13
Alcaraz right now is like Graf in 1988. nobody could really stop him. he needs his own "Monica Seles" or he will get 12+ GS in 4 years alone.

I pray your prediction is right but do still think Alcaraz is the favorite here. Id give him a 30 percent chance on Sunday.
  • @7zforce
