Even with its holes and unanswered questions, I feel like this is the most solid and definitive timeline we have ever gotten. Well done MatPat, seriously. You’ve done great and it’s so wonderful to see everything pay off over the years.

Imagine if Scott just throws random lore at us, waits for MatPat to make a timeline that makes sense, then uses it as the actual lore, wouldn't that be funny

The fact that this man, found a way to make Special Delivery canon is why I will forever be impressed with Matpat and his videos.

Unlike other full timeline fnaf theories that sound like true ones, this one feels satisfying. Thank you for your work.

You turned a messy and rough story into a really digestible and enjoyable one! I know Scott was just throwing stuff at the wall for the first 3-4 games, but this gives pretty satisfying closure to why things are what they are

The fact that no one tried to fit the mom into any of the other theories outside of Sister Location is wild. She's part of the main family yet the one we know/seen the least so it makes since that she's been influencing the world behind the scenes

I’m glad that Mat made this whole timeline story. I don’t even care if/that he got something wrong here or there, it’s just a story and I’m here to enjoy hearing it come from MatPat.

I personally think that it makes a lot of sense for Vanessa to be "possessed" by Elizabeth or brainwashed to stand in for her. It is speculated that Vanessa is the person in the Vanny suit. And as seen in Matpats videos, the suits that William first designed were made to be worn by humans and made out of cloth (not animatronics). Also, William always loved Bonnie the most since that was his first very own character. So it makes sense for Elizabeth (who wants to make her father proud) to choose a suit that is made using his method of making suits and that depicts a bunny.

So Clara being in charge instead of William is the most drastic example ever seen of ”Well we would have gotten there earlier if you had just asked for directions >:(”.

Have I played a game? No. Did I watch every episode, some multiple times, because I love timelines and Matpats creative take? YES.

10:48 The only thing is why couldn’t she just stop there? Why bring back William? He became a serial killer, abandoned his family, and tortured her son. She left BECAUSE of him. So WHY bring HIM back? My best guess is that love overtook her and she needed a father, but why not marry someone new? Someone who wasn’t a horrible father, before and after the incident?

I can’t believe Mat somehow made FNaF AR a part of the timeline and also made it make a relative amount of sense is honestly impressive, great job Mat. :)

Such a dark and twisted story of obsession and greed. Crazy how one guy made such a deep and well written story through very little besides the books of course. It’s a great use of environmental and visual storytelling with something so haunting. Now this is why they toned this down a bit in the movie because it’s way to dark and complex.
