You bought the car. You have the title. It's your car period.
  • @dannypiper383
if the "Pizza Company" was so worried about their trademark they should have deidentified it before selling it.
  • @xgage24
The company legally threw that car away without striping it first.

Samcrac: I'm being FORCED to RETURN the Pizza Car and NEED YOUR HELP YouTube: Aight, Ima start showing this to people in two years lol
  • @ianl.7545
Take the petty route, Repaint it with a Pizza Hut design!! You might have a chance to be sponsored!!
  • @Henchman1977
Make sure to contact Coparts legal department and let them know what's going on. If you get sued you'll be looking to add them as a respondent. They sold you a car supposedly without encumbrances.

Plot twist: the person complaining isn't even associated with dominos
  • @Andrew-sv3ck
If the car was totaled, then Domino’s had every right to take off aftermarket parts from the car before it was sent to the junkyard. They could’ve taken off all the vinyl and the thing up top. They didn’t. Insurance bought the car. Copart bought from insurance. You bought from Copart. It’s your car, and you own everything on the car.
  • @32dsmitty
Bro keep the car. You haven't done anything wrong . all it is because you fixed a car that they total out madr it look better than the day they purchased. Now they want it back like a spoil child. F that. Keep your legally purchased vehicle.
  • @ammo1238
Anyone else randomly get this in their recommeded box
  • @sushicraves
When the company surrendered the car to the insurance company for value payment they forfeited any copyright they had with the cars decoration.. When you bought the car at auction you bought the car "As Is" As is also includes the way the car was decorated. You own the decoration as is. Not for use on any other car.
  • @Ashquacks
If they didn't want people getting their cars, they shouldn't have sent it to a public auction like copart. Simple as that.
  • @EeeLife
This is Domino's PR disaster. They actually have the chance to use this to promote their brand by cooperating or sponsoring Sam. Now, people start to hate Domino's ....
  • @damandan9825
Chevy is not complaining about their logo being in the video
  • @multi8108
i say you destroy it back to what it originally was then hand it over LMFAO
  • @TS47YT
YouTube Algorithm a year later: I gotchu fam
  • Domino's has a PR disaster on their hands. This kind of situation never goes well for the company.
  • @adambisson132
Sorry that you have to go through that situation. I hope that you come out on top. I wish you the best of luck as you put in alot of work and by the end of the day it is just a car with a logo and you have done nothing wrong.
