"To ask for help, is the wisdom..." Huge respect for Pastor Craig. Thank you for sharing your testimony! Your podcast helped me so much to grow as a person and a better leader.
  • “I want to Lead Like It Matters!” I am a School Counselor in a small town in Tennessee but I believe in Changing lives to Change OUR world!

I want to Lead Like It Matters! I'm a pastor in Denmark and it cut my heart when you talked about how you realized at one point that you were a full-time pastor, but a part-time follower of Jesus. That's exactly how it was for me until a year ago. Thank you very much for what you share in your podcasts and for great inspiration in my life as a husband, as a father and as a pastor.
  • Is this a coincidence that I found this great speech on Leadership, when I was preparing for my first speech on Leadership at the Toastmaster's International? Thank you! Many new quotes in my diary and notes... Among those are: “The Greatest enemy of success is not a lack of opportunities, but a lack of Focus”; “We Focus not on Doing the Good Things - we Focus on Doing the Best Things” “It’s not weakness to get help - it is Wisdom”- pastor Craig Groeschel. And yes, "I want to lead like it matters! " This is the best speech on the leadership I've seen!

Pastor Craig, thank you for your leadership podcast. As a former full time ministry leader, I have transitioned into the secular work environment and serve as an Elder of a church. I love it but the other Elders always defer to me to handle the work they are not “confident” in doing. I have mentored, asked for help and tasked them to do things and left undone or incomplete. It has been a source of frustration for me. After listening to this podcast, I will share with them the confidence vs humility segment to challenge them to grow as I am using the model myself to see where on the 3rd line I don’t see the line. Thank you for your teachings and look forward to studying the remaining strategies in future podcasts. Have a blessed day.
  • I want to lead like IT matters!!!! Everyone, gets better when the leader gets better :). Thank you for always sharing insightful information.
