Love seeing the tubs outside thankd for sharing!
  • I'm so sorry to hear about all the fish loss 😞. Good idea with the guppies for your daughter so she can watch them grow and change as you said. It's cool that the dnr didn't require a permit for the few plants. Great update 🙂👍

Sorry for you daughter over the loss of her pet mate. I grew Lomandra Longifolia in my pond. Handled the sun and heat while still looking good.
  • Sorry about the loss of your fish, especially your daughters fish. . I agree about buying the beta fish .It is so hard to have multi level ponds.. they get plugged. It looks like you have the problem solved.. We had some real cold weather too. I am totally surprised the swords done so well in the cold weather. Thanks for the kindness.. the plant looks like creeping Jenny Smart move contacting your natural resources.. Goldfish love duckweed

If you put red and blue shrimp together, the next generation will be mostly wild type shrimp, and black shrimp, which I personally think they look neat!

Stinks to hear about all the mishaps. I really like that outside pond idea. Maybe one day I’ll have to do simmering like that. Daughters new tank looks cool hopefully she is ok with guppies instead of the betta.

Looking really fresh in this video bud, sorry it didn't work out for you but as you always say we are all always learning and that's very much true and and key takeaway, thanks for sharing the experience bud, always very much enjoy your videos EVEN when things sadly don't work out :) LIKED!

Sorry to hear about all those issues with the outside pond and the fish loss. But i love the idea of the outside ponds. Just here in texas i believe its just to hot here to do that. We are already hitting 100 degrees outside and its only going to get hotter in July and August.

That’s sad that your daughter’s betta fish died, I love betta fish and I understand her pain! I bet she would love to have a betta tank in her room! A breeder I recommend is PNW bettas! She has amazing betta fish! And I’m sure your daughter would love picking one from her website!
  • I wish this was a option for me Patty, but I’m limited with the summer being a whole week lol

What's your water change regimen on your filterless tanks, anyway?
  • I'm not sure where you are from, but you're probably feeding fish to a raccoon.
