TRUCKSMAXXING

can we all apperciate the fact that beam has been pushing ALOT ALOT of very great updates for updates that used to take ages
-
I really like the new update. A feature I really love is that the camera now stays adjusted. For example, in 0.30, if I wanted to drive the Hirochi Aero (a bus on the Repo) it would always center the camera upon driving. Now, I can put it more towards the bottom, so I can see the RPM gauge while driving. The new truck is interesting, but I am sad how they handled the gearbox. I had hoped they would go the ETS/ATS route, and include a splitter gearbox so you can shift the 12 gears it used to have. At least, with the 5 speed, it now reaches 140 km/h in the overdrive setting.
-
I absolutely love that the devs are sticking to beamng, i'd say it's easily the best car sandbox game, I just wish they could implement multiplayer natively but I get it's really hard due to the nature of the game
-
Man really hit us with the "built from the ground up" ๐
-
5:49 In regards to the "complicated to operate" part, this is from the patch notes. "You can now use vehicle triggers (such as door handles, etc.) of any vehicle without having to leave the current vehicle. For example, you can operate triggers on trailers without leaving the truck they are attached to"
-
The new engine sounds INCREDIBLE. It reminds me of an 855 Cummins in an old truck
-
7:45 I played around with the new T series and trailers last night; and I discovered something amazing whilst in the driver view concerning the pneumatic simulation: if the air pressure is below a certain level, a warning buzzer will sound just like in a real truck, as well as the brakes will lock on until the pressure is above that threshold! The air compressor will also shut off when the air pressure is at its maximum value just like a real truck!
-
I like the part at 4:30 with the cool VFX
-
It would be nice to have a dynamic dirt system
-
lol did anyone else get the frame rate glitch at 4:35
-
1:55 โhow itโs madeโ soundtrack the nostalgia my man.. <3
-
As someone who has played ETS2 for over 1500 hours, I see this is as an absolute win.
-
Sick update. Now I'm hoping for a 1st gen Pessima remaster. I'm hoping soon I love the Pessima
-
Let's appreciate the music choices: the American Truck Simulator theme, followed by the How It's Made theme tune to explain PTO. Bravo sir! While the conventional T-Series still resembles the International 9370, the cabover version resembles the White Road Commander
-
Man, they almost nailed that Cat C15/3406E sound. Very good remaster.
-
that American/Euro truck simulator music tho, perfect Fr tho, I'm kinda disapointed they did not add a ranged splitter for wheel players (or if they did you did not mention it)
-
5:53 welcome to the life of a trucker lol. The amount of times I used to get in and out of a truck to attach a tripple trailers is insane. Especially if it comes down to reversing the truck to centimeter precision underneath the box and you're in on your own
-
Finally. I can move my mom around with this new remaster.

BeamNg out here doing more than massive companies like Turn10 and Activision........massive respect BeamNg
