I do Marine repair for a living I rarely give out complements because people just blow you off and cant even say a simple thanks ! But dude you nailed it I have no clue how you learned to do this my only question is why make the keel stringer out of ply wood and more epoxy you woulde of been better of with a 2X 12 and saved all the extra time cutting and sandwhiching the plywood together , Also why didnt you put a glaze of resin on the underneath of the ply wood for the floor , Excellent job dude I have no clue how to do this but would like to learn

Nice going. Doing a partial rebuild of a 1972 Winner Wildcat at the moment, same issues but not as catastrophically rotten as your floor. Needed to replace half of the floor only, stringers are filled with foam, not wood, and are still dry, so i got lucky.

Not many videos on this boat work. Have a Glastron cv 19 jet boat with a big block 460 cu in Ford needs the same stringer & floor work. Great video.

The fiberglass looked incredible, I think i'll follow suit, but I'll add closed cell foam underneath for additional buoyancy and impact strength to the hull, maybe you do that in late video?

Did you use epoxy resin for the 10oz glass for the deck? I am pulling up the carpet (the carpet is in bad shape) in my 04 bayliner this fall and putting eva foam. Bayliner put carpet on marine grade plywood so i want to glass the deck before i put down the amazon eva foam.

the back of that board with no sealer of any kind on is worrying me.
