The Wizard's Last Rhymes

These Bosnian knight bois definitely didn't expect this song to be as good as it is. Around halfway through, most people realize this is like the greatest power metal song of all time.

Many people seem to be finding this song because of the Bosnian Knight, that's cool! I hope you stick around and discover more of Rhapsody's music. With all the new people around, I thought i'd explain what's going on in this song in its original context. The first thing you must understand about Rhapsody is that they will tell one continuous, original story for several albums in a row. The first of these sagas was called The Emerald Sword Saga and consisted of the following albums: Legendary Tales (their debut), Symphony of enchanted Lands, Dawn of Victory, Rain of a Thousand Flames and Power of the Dragonflame. The Wizard's Last Rhymes is the closing track to Rain of a Thousand Flames, which is an important installment in the story. At the start of the album Akron (our main villain in the war between good and evil) has just aquired the Emerald Sword, one of the most powerful magical objects in the world, and this album is taking some time out of the main story to explore the direct consequences of this event. The opening track, which is also the title track also has the greatest music video ever, and I highly recommend watching it. The first three tracks build up to to the return of the Queen of the Dead, whom Akron summoned back from her imprisonment using the power of the Emerald Sword. After this there are the final 4 tracks of the album, which are 4 parts of a whole known as the Rhymes of a Tragic Poem - The Gothic Saga. I would advise listening to all 4 parts together, if nothing else. I - The Poem's Evil Page: Our Narrator tells us Akron's plan. With the power of the Emerald Weapon, he is able to carry out the rituals to open up the portals to the abyss, allowing hordes of unholy creatures, lead by the Queen of the Dead, to pass through to attack the Enchanted Lands, beginning with the seaside towns of Elnor and Thorald. II - Elnor's Magic Valley: An instrumental. The scene shifts to the town of Elnor, where the people are blissfully unaware of what is about to happen to them, as they go about their daily lives. III - The Poem's Evil Page: The evil pages are written, the rituals are complete. The way is open, they are coming as fire rains down from the sky. There are a few precious last moments of peace in Elnor before it all ends. IV - The Wizard's Last Rhymes: Fire and blood and destruction. Serpents speed towards Elnor through the now blood red sea, devouring mighty ships as they go. As the waves reach the walls of the town, fire rains down and the armies of the dead attack in hordes. Elnor and Thorald are wiped from the face of the earth, reduced to ruins. These are the Wizard's last holy sights, the poem's tragic rhymes.

I found this song from a knight in warhammer 40k that was Bosnian. And you know what this slaps harder than artillery shells.

So I just found out that apparently a lemon isn't naturally occuring, and is a hybrid by crossbreeding a bitter orange and a citron! WHICH MEANS! LIFE NEVER GAVE US LEMONS! WE INVENTED THEM ALL BY OURSELVES!

This is my favourite Rhapsody song. The choice was very tough but this adaptation of Dvorak is just amazing!

Gotta love how this song's base, Dvorak's New World Symphony is attributied to so many awesome stuff, this version by itself or attributed to the Bosnian Knight, the fights between Augus and Asura or Luffy and Sir Croccodile, and last but certainly not least the Ring General WALTER and his Stable Imperium/Ringkaumf point is you are going to see some level of destruction, either an Ork Waaaghband, a Slaneeshi Titan, The Moon, a Desert or someone's chest

The Symphony of the New World is one of my favorite pieces of music. And I have been listening Rhapsody for more than 15 years. Even so, today I was making some fixes in home with Rhapsody on random in Youtube, and this hit me. I'm sure I had listened to this before, but I'm also sure I didn't listen this in 10 years or more. I had forgotten its existence. It's magnificent.
