Why are we talking about term limits for SCOTUS, when term limits haven't even been established for Members of Congress First. Provide terms limits for Congress, then we'll talk about SCOTUS.

Term limits should exist for all parts of government. Courts. Congress. Governors etc.

Founding Fathers: "let's give justices serve for life so that they're not accountable to the other branches" This Proposal: "let's term-limit justices because they're not accountable to other branches"

Agree or disagree one thing is certain. The office of POTUS, regardless of who the president is, has no authority over the matter.

What does he care about the court? Nothing. He doesn't abide by their rulings so how many are on it has no bearing.
