I love your videos πŸ‘ what a build on the Jeep amazing πŸ‘Œ you should do a build break down on your Pro R also that would be sweet.

Casey Casey Currie Hi Casey you do not know me I am a friend of Pat Casey from BMX. Nice hearing what your team did for your Transfer case mostly a best friend of pATSdad. I also know Pats mom she is a friend we all went to grade school together 1st -8th I had to rebuild my transfer case too but I had to do it all myself just a Borg Warner 1356 new chain new planetary gears and attatched the oil tube much better so it doesn't happen again. I made my lights better too when I changed the core support grill headlights or running lights too with the fenders needing bigger ones made of fiberglass to clear the uptravel into them I needed those and cut the AC air intak e a 45degree cut I made. with the new fenders ,hood & core support a lot of work sliting the stock fenders in half and welding 1/2 inch OD square tube to the outside of the inner fender mounted back in . I created mounts for my glass fenders out of industrial building sprinkler pipe . With a nut tacked into a weld washer where the fender would mount and it all cut and welded to match the same angle as the fender is through the rubber grommet in the hole in the fender I drilled The bolt goes through & into the nut and into the sprinkler pipe mounts I created. They on on there solid and have been handling the 3 foot whoops & 75MPH so smooth I do not spill my coffee. In control. I know FOX makes some great shocks Position sensitive tunable of course. The long travel Suspension running shocks like this makes the vehicle tame the course!! While I do not have the external bi pass adjustments yet. I decided to go with a single shock per wheel up front over the duals the race team/manufacture of the lift was thinking. I went to a small industrial shop with their name in Garden Grove The Guy came out to check out my suspension installed . He said it was great & done well . They could build me some shocks for it that would work very well on it . Just go to a scale & weigh the front & the rear separate . With what I would carry in it I can adjust the number a little after . I went to an industrial metal shop I used when I needed some good strong metal for changes I needed to make after submitting my drawings to the structural engineer for approval. I did and brought the weight from the scales to the good man To order them from His name is Brett. At the Mint 400 Contingency I was on a mission to the King Trailer I found out from a picture My wife took I walked passed BJ BALDWIN My wife did not know it was him She is a Canadian Like another Canadian girl I met in a bar who decliened my ofer to buy a drink very nice and polite I found out by surprise was Pamela Anderson. I did make it to the King Trailer and happy to hear how happy I was with the shocks I ordered from him Brett King He introduced me to his dad Lance King Bj Baldwin I wish I would have met He is a top desert racer like you are and he may or not run Kings on his truck and came with me ?That TTJEEP must be way great ! Long suspension /wheel travel is key & not so common to have with 4 wheel drive is something great to have. That is why I was advised with what I have in working with metal & mechanical skill? The Ford TTB can be built to be strong with out as much work with an upper /lower A Arm setup. When I took it on a shakedown an 80 mile aint Patrick's day poker run out of PARKER AZ my drivers side long chromoly big stainless heim joint mounted radius arm broke off the beam when my front tire came out of a hole with tree roots inside . The plates on bottom & top were thin Chromoly & that can snap. So finding the fiberglass fenders I needed from a 96 part out I could safford I bought the fenders ,hood & core support & lights & grill and more The spindles on the 96 have the brake calipers that bolt to them So no more Bullnose look I got the last full size Bronco made look Made tube steel supports for the top of the core support bought s nrw better radiator upgraded my front and rear brakes and went wit HID headlights way better & got son HELLA can fixtures and put brighter HID bulbs ibn them they use the same ballasts as my headlights is nice if one goes out I can swap or have a spare to s=replace very quick, They work well for a nice beam further out in front . With Gears & Lockers new drive shafts rebuilt transfer case with all new stuff When replacing the front end I gusseted & plated my TTB well & added an F250 pass side slip shaft axle with the big au joints & changed my outer axles to chromoly and bought some premium manual warn hubs My POS tophat ones had blown up. all new bearings & seals spindle mount studs steering rods the snow plow /ambulance ones Then cycling while turning left & right spinning the wheels in 4x4 by hand clearing any tight spots etc remounting & setting my limit straps Then having a good recommendation from fast on wheels in santees YT chanell seeing the great Bronco they built build. I went with a new engine in it to replace my 5.0 EFI 302 With a 95 full roller MAF the EFI is not bank fired like before with AFR heads headers Y pipe & 2 new cats internal balanced 351 W IS NOW A 408 STROKER BY gREG gOSSET OF TOTAL PERFORMANCE BUILT FOR TORQUE OVER HP &my MONSTER tRANS REBUILT BY aRT cARbthe drAG RACERS TRANSMISION SHOPAND REBUILT TRANSFER CASE AND A REAR bANNING dRIVESHAFT i HAD BUILT WHEN COMING HOME ON A NEW bRONCO gRAVEYARD DRIVESHAFT THAT FALED NOT FROM HARSH DERIVING OR ANY OFF ROAD JUST TOWING A 4OOO POUND 19 FOOT OPEN BOW BAYLINER cAPRI WITH JUST A 5.0 DO TO BSD CHINESE u jOINTS IN IT INSTALED THE SHAFT RIGHT BEFORE WE LEFT. gEARS LOCKER SUSPENTION ENGINE & DRIVETRAIN hI AMP ALT FOR WINCH STEREO AMPS & LIGHTS BRAND NEW bfg'S FOR IT TOO iT GIVES ME PERMAGRIN OFF ROAD i DO NOT RACE IT JUAT HAVE FUN BUT CURIOUS ABOUT tHE NORRA RACE IN bAJA THOUGH.

  • @cncit
I'm wondering if the sprag mechanism you are now using can be bought off the shelf or is it custom πŸ€”
  • What exactly is this truck? Is it a jeep commancho or Wrangler with a lot??
