    This guys been putting me asleep for a while now, had to stop smoking pot for the military so this has really helped a lot with the stress of leaving and being able to fall asleep without a substance. Keep it up man what you’re doing is good for the world

    Yesss! I'm feeling so anxious lately. I work in a hospital and covid patients are just now increasing in our area. I'll be back to work after 3days off tomorrow and been so anxious thinking of going back to work. lol Thanks to this, at least I may be able to have some sleep. I appreciate you Michael.

  • Thank you for doing what you do, Michael. I have anemia, PTSD, anxiety & depression and insomnia is a nasty side effect that eats at me. I stumbled upon your videos one night after a long night of tossing & turning in bed. I was fast asleep within 10 minutes and waking up a good 10 hours or so later. I felt like a brand new person.     The way You handle Your voice, the soft and gentle way You pronounce all the "hard/rough" consonants, and the prosedy that changes after what happens, or where we are in the meditation/guide. The K-L and K-S combinations are my favourites, for example: "Clicks and clacks", and also the handling of T-R as in "Train" that does not come out sharp as it usually do. It is so smooth, maybe perfect? Those things will make almost any voice coach or song teacher at university level stunned. It is almost like a classical actor, but different - top notch to me. (I refer to Alan Rickman, Jim Carter and their likes)
